This year we decided to have the show go into the evening. Many of you can not come during the day so this will be a nice option.

The show will be held in the meadow by the creek just like last year....

The vendors joining us are excited to bring there favorite pieces and treasures saved just for this event.

There will be food to purchase..... come hungry!

New merchandise will be brought in for Saturday...

The Cottonwood House " Spring Extravaganza"

Finally a piece for me....

This was the base of an old china cabinet.
I liked the size of it for our coffee table,
so a little paint....
A cushion.....
And bingo....
Perfect !!

             Jessie made all the pillows. She has only a few left. They will make great gifts for Christmas.... (She can also custom sew a pillow for you)

Christmas Extravaganza

           Christmas Show

 I have decide to have a Christmas Show after all. 

                    A few weeks ago I didn't think I could pull it together but we are pumped and almost ready.

                                                            This weekend Nov. 16th and 17th
                                                                           Friday 2-8

                                                                         Saturday 10-4

                                 The Barn is full of painted furmniture, cottage and shabby chic decor
                                                                and Christmas decoration,

                          Savannahs house and Diane Albertson took over the garage. You won't be             disappointed when you see what all they brought this year. Furniture, chalk boards, Christmas items and lots of really reallycool stuff!

 And I just couldn't have a Christmas Show without opening a few rooms in my house. So.... beautiful Christmas decorations. Custom made lamp shades, pillows. word signs, hats, scarves, Christmas trees, wreaths, the most adorable baby blankets, more furniture and tons more.

                                                             So I hope to see!

Look for the tiki lights at the end of the driveway if it is dark/  During the day the Open flag will be flying high.

Christmas Show 2012

               Please make note that I will not be able to have my (last week of the month) .... October Show

                It has been a year of many events for our family personally and October was just another one of                                                            those month.

               My dad had a week of kidney stones with an emergency hospital visit and a week after that he had   a stroke. He is doing fine now and is recovering nicely.

Me and my dad....

Last week my hubby had Mastoid Colestoatoma Ear Surgery. He too is recuperating nicely but will be laid up for several week. 

We are Thanking the Lord for a successful Surgery!



So... with all of that going on.....
Regretfully I am not able to pull off My Annual  Christmas Show.
I am disappointed because it is my favorite event.

It is also the first Christmas Show with out My Mom.
It will be one year Dec. 10th that she passed away.
I'm doing OK... but wow, I really do miss her... especially around show time.
Another new event.... Sondra my daughter moved to Oklahoma in September to pursue her nursing Degree. She is always a big help to me during show time as well.

But.... What I am going to do is this...
I am going to have a mini Christmas show. My Barn and My house garage... plus a tent or two will be filled with  really cool pieces of furniture, Christmas items, trees, garland and some really neat Christmas gift ideas.
I have also invited a few select vendors to join me for this event.

You will  be put in the MOOD for Christmas for sure!!
