Back from vacation....
We went to Fla for a long weekend.
Not good timing since I have a show in
Less then 2 weeks ...
Yikes!
We went for a wedding and it was on the beach . So beautiful....
In spite of all the work staring me in the face...
It was worth it for sure
A beautiful bride ....
And a pretty sunset
After weeks of wearing a t-shirt
covered in paint....
It was a nice change getting
dressed up with my man.
Now back to work with lots to do. More splattered t shirts and more dirt under my
Nails....
I have a few more really cool pieces to

The Cottonwood House Spring Show
Well... The 2014 Spring show is right around the corner . It's going to be a great show with 20 plus vendors .
Come and enjoy 2 days of some really good shopping , a peaceful setting by the creek and some really great food .

I still have a few more pieces of furniture to paint. I was hoping to be finished by now but it didn't happen. Hubby and I are on our way to fla fir a few days flying the friendly skies) for my best friends daughters wedding . It's going to be a beautiful wedding on the beach.
So.... I'm putting my unfinished projects out of mind for a few days and going to enjoy a bit of R&R. And if possible get the paint out from under my fingernails.
A manicure is most certainly necessary !
I finished this right before I left...
This hutch is made with good bones and has great storage aside from just being plain down pretty .
I love this piece . It's actually a half table that becomes a full table in seconds . Seats at least 6 people. And how about just using it as a serving/ buffet table

After the show, Christmas 2013
I'm always blown away how many of you came down our very long lane to yet another

I'm always overwhelmed when I see you waiting in line...the gleam and excitement in your eyes are priceless.
Like little children on Christmas morning.

We were blessed with a beautiful sunny day.

He tries his best to tie her up, literally....so she can't get back on that plane.

Lots of beautiful pillows made by Jessica, our daughter in law.
Jessica took over my moms job.
My mom passed away 2 years ago next month. I miss her like crazy but even more when I have a show. She was alway here helping me and loved being here during the show. She sewed all my pillows and loved it.
Jessie, Grandma would be so proud of you!
So, this is just a taste of what was here....
I apologize for the long lines at check out.
Hopefully we can serve you in a more timely fashion next year.
With out them, there would be no show.
