How it happended...

My love for old and new things started several years ago...and decorating has always been a passion of mine. So after filling my house with auction and sale "treasures", I needed another outlet for my beloved hobby. That's when the opportunity came to open a little antique/cottage decor shop. It was a dream come true! With the support of my husband, we rented a little space in my best freind's gift store - "Ashley's Gifts". After 2 years of absolute enjoyment...we decided to expand. We fixed up an old carriage barn across the street and opened "The Cottonwood House". Let me tell you, it has been quite an experience. But with lots of hard work and great family and friends supporting me, the old carriage barn turned out to be a beautiful success! It's been an adventure and a dream come true to be able to do what I love! And without the support and comfort from my hubby, none of this would be happening. He is my best friend. And I'm more in love with him today, then I ever was before. Thanks hon for your faithfulness!
